August's Boxycharm arrived in their new white branded box that contained a beautiful assortment of FIVE high end products with a total retail value of $111.99.
Included in this box are a lipstick, powder brush, bronzer, lip liner and a combination cheek and lip tint...all in full sizes! These items were all nestled in a festive bed of gold and white crinkle shreds (which I forgot to photograph).
Model Co is one of the brands we all want to see in a beauty sub box! The Cheek + Lip Tint is a new product to me. This one is in the shade "Rosy Red". It is described as a "lightweight dual-purpose tint for cheeks and lips that delivers an instant and natural rosy glow to suit any skin tone". This transparent gel retails for $22.
Next is a gorgeous pink lipstick from Tarina Tarantino in the shade "Watermelon Wow". This is one of the most stunning shades of mauvish pink that I've ever seen. The luxe case is also a work of art with two rows of tiny rhinestones around the lid. This beautiful lipstick retails for $22.
There is an Ofra lip liner in a shade called "Maya". This is a light brick red color that will work with many lipstick shades and complexions. Retail price is $13.
If you appreciate really great cosmetic brushes, you would like this powder brush from Morphe. Although I am not familiar with the brand, the whisper soft quality of the bristles attests to the caliber of this brush. I'm always reluctant to purchase pricey brushes but there is no doubt that a good brush dramatically improves makeup application. Retail price $19.99
And last we have the piece de resistance in this box....a big bronzer from Enter Pronoun in the colorfully named "Blowtorch". This water-resistant powder creates a matte, natural sun-kissed appearance. The reflective gunmetal gray square compact is beautifully designed with a large mirror inside the lid. Retail $35
As you can see, Boxycharm's August box far exceeded its $21 price tag. The products and brands are all top quality and reflect current beauty trends. And just how often have you received a full size bronzer in a beauty sub box? Uh, for me, that would be....NEVER!
At present, Boxycharm does not offer any discount codes. If you're interested in subscribing, please click here. Shipping is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.
By the way, some of their previous boxes and many individual items from previous boxes are available in their shop, so check there if you're looking for something in particular that Boxycharm has featured in the past. I noticed that none of the August products are in their shop yet but many of the most popular items from the past few months are available there.
Have a lovely day!
Cheryl
