Amor Naturals Fall 2014 Soap Box Review + 10% Coupon Code!

The best smelling subscription box find I've made lately is Amor Naturals.  This quarterly subscription box service sends a small box containing six or seven sample size organic and natural bath products. Their products are made in small batches without parabens, petrochemicals, glycols, sulfates and phthalates. The contents of each box follows a theme and you also get a discount code which can be used towards any of the full sized products on their site.  The cost is $19.99 + $4.99 shipping per quarter.

My first Amor Naturals shipment arrived in a small white box with an Amor Naturals sticker on the side.  

The products were packaged inside purple tissue secured with a sticker.  A colorful printed card shows all the products and tells about them on the back.

Six little product samples were charmingly nestled into a bed of brown crinkle shreds. This feels like a great birthday present!

The theme of this box, "The Enchanted Forest", is announced on the card.  Photos of each item are on the front.  Descriptions, full ingredient lists and full size prices are shown on the back. Expiration dates are also shown for two of the items.

The first item is a sample of "Green Fairy" soap.  This handmade artisan soap contains activated charcoal, absinthe oil and organic hemp oil.  It's a very dark color with bits of green and white. Despite the strong sounding ingredients, it actually has a pretty mild scent.

Next is a hand-poured soy candle in "Cinnamon Chai" that comes in an adorable little metal tin. This weighs less than three ounces. I would describe the delicious scent as a muted cinnamon mixed with vanilla. You can see little pieces of Mexican cinnamon bark in this candle. Lovely!

A Brown Sugar Scrub in the "Apple" scent is one of their signature products.  It contains high grade brown sugar and apple peel extract and smells exactly like fresh green apples! This is the item that expires the soonest (March 2015).

Next is a Body Butter in the "Almond Fig" scent.  This is a rich body butter made with natural raw almond milk, shea butter and a raw fig fragrance.  The scent is just what you'd expect...a delightful fruity almond!

The second soap sample is "Pumpkin Pie", a fall signature soap containing pumpkin puree and pumpkin seed oil with olive oil and shea butter. Perfect for fall!  

The last item is a small tin of organic Lavender Body Balm.  This is a light healing balm that is good for dry patches, eczema, psoriasis and dry cuticles.  Although this is a sample, there's enough here to last for a long time.

That's everything in the Amor Naturals Fall Soap Box. It is a little on the expensive side, but these luxurious bath and body products are worth it. This is also a terrific way to sample their products in case you're interested in purchasing one or more full sizes.  

I believe the Fall box was only the second shipment for this new company. Judging from reviews I've read and my own experience, I believe Amor Naturals is going to soar. These quality products have the kind of appeal that are likely to attract hoardes of subscription box devotees. I notice that there are only four full size products available on their website at the time of this writing. I'm guessing that means their earlier products sold out very quickly.

The Fall Box is sold out but they will start taking orders for the Holiday Box on November 1st.  I predict the Holiday Box will sell out very quickly so if you're interested, sign up as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use code ENCHANTED14 for 10% off a full size product.  Unfortunately, this code does not work for the subscription box.  

If I were writing a "Favorites" post right now, Amor Naturals would be at the top of the list. This company gets it right!
