Benefit's cool new blush & bronzer duo is simply named "10", as in "perfect 10". Most of us know that perfectly contoured cheeks require both a blush and a bronzer, but honestly, who has time for that? This little box contains a pink powder blush and a bronzer side by side. The idea is that you run the wide brush over both at once, then apply to your cheeks in one quick step.
The concept works great, but the result on my fair skin was very light and subtle. I had to swipe the brush across my cheek several times for any color at all to show. If you are looking for a more intense or dramatic effect, this isn't it. For everyday wear, this product gives a nice sheer wash of color with just enough cheekbone definition.
This blush/bronzer due comes in an eco-friendly two inch square cardboard box. At a retail price of $28, you might expect a bit more luxe packaging. However, if you can locate this blush duo for less (I found mine on eBay for $14), you just may have a new favorite to add to your makeup bag.
